Whether you are looking for some restorative alone time, or want to bring your friends or coworkers in to de-pressurize…we’ve got you covered!

Salt Therapy Sessions

Rest and relax in our zero-gravity chairs surrounded by 13 tons of pink Himalayan salt. Salt Therapy sessions are 45 minutes and safe for all ages as well as those expecting. Sessions for children under the age of 11 are offered in our Private Caves with the supervision of an adult.

Healer-Led Sessions

From Sound Baths and Crystal Healing to Reiki, our 45 minute healer-led sessions are guided by a trained and talented healer or practitioner (sometimes two) and take place within a Cave. Let the salty air relax and rejuvenate you while you explore our transformative healing modalities.

Self Care Treatments

We are happy to be able to provide our clients with massage treatments inside the Cave.

All of our massage therapists are experienced and licensed professionals.

We also offer private sessions, group buyouts and gift cards.
